DESCRIPTION:Milnes Beatson Half Marathon 21.1km \n\n\n\nThe course offers a mix of running terrains including technical single track\, easier single track and sections of forestry road. After 4km there is a 3km section that rises 200m which is the steepest part of the course. The second half of the course is easier but there are still a few short uphill pinches. From 16km the course is mostly downhill. Each course takes runners and walkers through this little-known conservation area and provides the opportunity to inhale pristine alpine air.\n\n\n\nCompetitive – of course! But open to all.
