Hydro Half Marathon

The Meridian Hydro Half Marathon returns to Te Anau, Fiordland on 3 August 2024, along with the Mitre 10 Te Anau 10K.

Starting at the location of the original Manapouri Hydro Construction Village at Kepler Farm and with Mt Titiroa behind you and the World Heritage Fiordland National Park to your left, the stunning scenery will entertain even the seasoned runner.

The route follows the Upper Waiau River to the Lake Te Anau Control gates, then along the lakefront trail to the finish line at Steamers Beach on the Lakefront. Refer to event website for course maps.

Funds raised from the event will go towards extending the trail to Te Anau downs and for trail maintenance. There is an opportunity at registration to donate to the Trust.
